  I item as described, after it was finally shipped! 10 days after purchase, no notification of shipping. I asked seller if item had been shipped, no response. Opened a case with ebay and seller replied that item should be on its way, two days later it was shipped. No other communication from seller apologizing for the mix up. Mistakes do happen, just communicate and own up to it.
