  the experience was 50/50 both good and bad. good price and bad customer service. price good shippin good but when problem arose with seller they didn t handle it good. item came defective. requested they send me another mp3 they said, they would.that didnt work either.seller said if i send back,they would give me a refund. they just lied.about everything tried to get in touch with them they ignored my emails.very bad business people they need to go someowhere and learn how to run a business.

  Buyer said player didn’t work. I mailed a second player. Buyer said it didn’t work. I said send player back for full refund. Buyer didn’t want to return either then called me disrespectful names.

  Item as described and packaged acceptably. *********Shipping was BEYOND INCREDIBLY SLOW and requiring the item to be SIGNED FOR was an absolute NIGHTMARE! FedX set a delivery day (never a time frame) & then moved it up a day without notice. When it did arrive I missed the delivery by 6 minutes and spent the entire NEXT DAY waiting prisoner in my home so that I didn’t miss it again and have the pkg returned to seller. Never EVER AGAIN! Why a seller would do that to a customer is beyond me!
