First order from this company and I was worried about an expensive rod being shipped from Florida to N.Y. But I received it without any damages . I order and sell rod’s regularly and it’s always a gamble with shipping care of the item. The seller did a good job packaging and postal service handled with care. Happy with my purchase!

  The seller sent the wrong item. They do not respond to phone calls, emails or eBay messages. I have been trying to contact the seller for several days with no resolve. I would recommend finding another seller. It’s an easy mistake to make misreading the rod and shipping the wrong item. What is unacceptable is the complete disregard for communication and customer service. Don’t leave an email and a phone in the packaging if you don’t answer or respond to either.
