    Turns out I needed different pipes. I requested a refund and this seller told me they will give me $5 and keep it and I sell it; or return it and they take shipping and [15%($25)] off my refund. On the listing it says 30 day free return seller pays shipping. I have messed EBay so we will see if this seller does the correct thing.
