  The seller listed the item as 14 kt gold genuine diamond and sapphires. When the item arrived, it was tested by local who informed me that the diamonds are not genuine. they would not pass the diamond authenticity test. I showed some of my other rings were tested and and passed the diamond authenticity. jeweler further stated the ring is not genuine gold. Sent seller msgs but approx 48 hrs ago but received no response.)

  The ring is not as advertised. The cushion cut of the sapphire is poor, there is very little sparkle. The diamond side stones are advertised as 1.4Ct. The diamonds are very shallow cut, & nothing close to 1.4Ct! I wrote to the seller right away, & noted the problems with the ring. Their response, "It is as advertised". They asked me to send them a photo of the ring. I have clearly stated that I want to return the ring for the full purchase price, as guaranteed. They are not cooperating.
