  Poor packaging item was damaged in shipping lamp was loose in the box seller only wanted to give refund half of what it would cost to fix it. Wouldn’t want to work with me said ship it back seller chooses drop off 30 minutes from me now I have to take my time and gas to return it needs to do better in the future for other buyers package your items better there won’t be any issues & before you respond saying it was packaged good no it wasn’t you could have done a lot better BEWARE BUYERS!!!!!!!!

  Buyer was immediately offered an apology and return. He wanted to keep the lamp at half of what he paid and was angry that I asked him to return for full refund. He also indicated the finial caused the damage. The finial was taped to the outside of the inner box in which the lamp was packed so absolutely this doesn’t add up. While I agree the lamp is damaged, I am not sure about this buyer’s statement. Sellers beware!

  I never got angry I am frustrated with the whole situation I never asked for half back I asked for what it would cost to fix the lamp. I have no reason to lie the package wasn't packaged well the lamp was loose in the box and yes the finial did chip the glass. I now have lost money due to time and gas to return your lamp you chose a drop off 30 minutes away from me as a buyer how is this fair to me I paid right away and did everything I should have. If packaged well there wouldn't be any DAMAGE!
