The supplier was Chinese operating from Australia, and was tardy about refunding the purchase price. In the end I was offered 65%, or 100 % if I would return the garment but that would have cost more than the difference so I accepted the 65%.

As soon as my first order arrived I could see I hadn't ordered a large enough size, so mailed them back all together in the original packaging in a Australia Post bag. I have only received a partial refund on only one item and not the other three, even when eBay says there has been a refund. I stupidly ordered the larger size however in hindsight this was not a good move as the seller now has around $40 of my money.
