    Prompt shipping, decent packaging, idler wheel looked really good but didn't fit my Bobcat. Not their fault, it seems that there are many variations and it appears the parts manual doesn't always work out. Handled a return and refund smoothly and quickly. Definitely willing to work with them again.

    Company sent different cheaper thinner rubber tires . I just wanted what I ordered. After several sarcastic dealings with them. I decided to return them . Took off of work for a day ( more money ) Truck never showed up . Then they wanted to reschedule another pickup but I refused to take off of work to sign for return. So now I’m stuck with a cheaper tire and out a days pay . Save Yourself aggravation and buy the cheaper tires because that’s what they send . Photos will show how much thinner

    Hey Ken, we are happy to help you however. We did schedule pickup with RL Carriers and I am sorry if they did not get them. Please msg us next time if you still want to return them or even give us a call instead of communicating through a bad review. We're happy to do that. Tho I'm not sure why you keep saying "cheaper tires" when they are both 33" diameter and the tread is the same. Yes the holes are different and we offered you a refund as a courtesy.
