    These rack ears are sturdy, in almost mint condition, and fit great on my ICX7450. Screws came with threadlocker applied. I made a mistake ordering this kit for my ICX7250, which wasn't compatible because the included screws differed from what I needed. I reached out to the seller and they graciously offered to send me the compatible screws. Definitely better value than buying OEM rack ears. I’m positively impressed by the service! Definitely recommend doing business with them.
