  The mounting racks arrived in new condition, as described in the listing. The packaging was sufficient to protect them, and they were not damaged during shipping.   I ordered two, one arrived shattered. I didnt know it until about 3 weeks after i ordered. The box was not damaged so i didnt think to check. When i finally got around to test them, i saw that one was shattered. I was worried that i had waited too long to open the box. I contacted the seller thru ebay and I contacted thru email and sent them pictures. They replied within a few hours not to worry, that they would ship me a replacement. It arrived next day! I will buy again bc of great cus service

  I have not installed it yet. The weather has been bad since I received it. The packing looked good, no broken part as far as I can tell. The company shipped when they said it would. That said, it took about ten days for it to come across the US. Fedex very slow. The price paid was very good compared to other vendors. The appearance is good. no chip of paint or dents. Just be careful of the vendor. This is a good one. Two other shipping from China were totally bad.

  Good price, super fast shipping, and great customer service! Had a panel damaged in shipment and they sent a new one. I would suggest better packaging, but maybe it is my local UPS driver...all 3 boxes I got were tore up in some way (one bad enough to shatter a panel). Either way customer service will take care of it. Haven't tested the panels much yet, plugged one into my new Solix C1000 and got 53W. Pretty good for a 100W panel around winter solstice. Should project to 100W in the summer
