    Item exactly as described, very well packed, delivery was 2 wks. The squeegee blade was damaged on arrival, not due to poor packaging. It was damaged before it was packed. It then took a month and a half for the replacement blade, and a spare, to eventually arrive. Comms were ok but not great. End result is I have a functional squeegee 2 months after placing the order. Vendor was helpful and problem was resolved but better quality control at packing would have avoided the problem all together!
