I contacted him to let him know I was sending back via Fed Ex. I watched the envelope being sealed at Fed Ex and was sent with tracking. The lying crook said he RECEIVED AN EMPTY PACKAGE AND THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND. WORST EBAY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
