  item was confusing as listed, the k-kup count had 3 different counts listed within ad, before purchasing I sent message to seller to verify count, they messaged back promptly stating 6/10 count boxes (60), purchased, shipped promptly, received 5/10 count boxes (50), messaged back stating didn’t receive all I paid for, they further messaged back stating “ad clearly states 50”, they hsd earlier confirmed 60 before I bought, had to further send screen shot of ad that indicated 60 to get refunded
