    Seller refused to combine shipping for multiple items because I bought them on a best offer and he required immediate payment. Absolutely no bubble wrap or any sort of padding or protection was used. Items were just put in a box to move around. Prices were good for what I got though.

    I didn't refuse to combine shipping; the buyer had already paid for the purchase of the two items without asking me to combine shipping. How am I supposed to combine shipping with the two transactions were fully paid for (including the shipping). As far as the bubble wrap goes, I supply bubble wrap or packing on all my shipments, it could have slipped be me. My apologies on that.

    There is an option for sellers to send a partial refund for excise shipping charges. I do it often as a seller. Seller REQUIRED immediate payment, therefor I couldn't request combined shipping before paying. All he did was end up costing both of us more money!
