The crock pot was cracked during shipment. I suggest fragile stickers be put on fragile items in the future though who knows if that would help. It looked like during shipment it was tossed straight down on something hard which caused it to be dented and crack the pot. I got other items from the seller and all was ok. The seller was very responsive. Thanks!
