    I did not receive the item or any kind of refund. The item was marked “delivered” at the residence by UPS without proof of delivery via a signature or photo. All my UPS deliveries go to my UPS access point, and it was reported the package was not intercepted there. The seller maintained good communication regarding the issue;however, when the seller encountered the online UPS message that only the seller could request a refund, the seller did not take the initiative to contact UPS via telephone.
