    I received this item when I was promised, but when I opened it the pictured Grinch characters were not what I received. The Grinch was send in 4 different pieces and no body to connect them to. The Max was different as well. I quickly sent a reply to seller. The seller contacted me straight away and gave me a full refund. He had been "duped" as well. I'm leaving the positive feedback solely because of his quick response and him giving me a full refund, which I had not asked for.

    A person certainly expects something brand new to be complete in a sealed package. The manufacturer messed this one up (for both of us). Thank you for your understanding and forgiveness.
