    The materials did have to be taken out of the box for the photos, but everything was in original wrapping with even the recipe book intact. For the price I saw it as, it was worth it for the item to be in new condition. Shipping was fast, it arrived quickly and with no fuss on delivery. I can't wait to start baking with this!

    I have had a Herbie for 30 years but one small piece has a crack. I felt blessed to find one very close to the price paid years ago. The original box it came ( not the box used to ship it) in looked quite rough with torn places but I took out the appliance and it looked new as advertised and worked just fine.

    The bread machine was very clean and just as described. It arrived quickly. The packaging was not quite adequate and the front of the bread machine arrived with a dent in it. The dent is fairly minor and didn't affect the functionality so I will keep it. For the price it is a good value even with the small dent.
