    Good seller. Received the card as described. The tracking shows it had shipped out very quickly, but then sat around my post office for more than a month before finally getting delivered. I'm glad that it did arrive, though. That's not the fault of the seller. It does make it difficult when the postal service is so slow that it goes past any time periods for reporting issues to Ebay while you wait to see if it'll actually come.
