  Unfortunately fedex damaged the package and lost a 24" bar. The box arrived empty. Seller corrected the situation immediately. Not sure how fedex doesn't notice a big piece of metal falling out of the box. Seller communicated quickly and it's all done.

  Received the chainsaw with the wrong batteries. I called Thomasville lawn and garden and they acknowledged the mistake and I quickly received the right batteries with a return label for the other batteries. I haven’t used the saw yet but I’m confident I’m going to like it a lot. The Husqvarna 542i xp kit gives me options which I like and the price was fair. I would definitely do business with them again.
