  Just great; the description, the photographs all perfect. It was packaged well & received with the glass intact, unlike my recent Aram's frame was without the glass. I would say the shipping of $17.40 is a bit high but in the end it came in pristine condition & it is extremely well worth the shipping price. Thank you so much!

  My item arrived broken. It had been wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and placed inside a padded envelope. A box would have been better for a rigid item, especially at the price charged for shipping ———and of course… There are no returns— nor did the seller offer one. Otherwise, it was as described in the description and in photos.

  I could not believe how unprofessional, sarcastic & rude this seller was to me all because I simply asked for a discount on shipping.I occasionally negotiate with sellers on eBay. I completely understand when sellers are firm. I’ve never had someone react the way this seller did. I was completely shocked! Instead of simply declining my request for a shipping discount like a mature professional seller, they sent me the following message in pics and added the one graph illustration to the listing.
