Incredible craftsmanship! Absolutely beautiful work. Very happy with the product. Would love to know what you used to finish the piece. I have other wooden food products and would love to finish them the same.

Past 6 months
Arrived before my computer was cold! Timing was excellent, BTW, as we had just lifted curds into a mould. Simple design, an "I could have done that!" ("But not as well...") means I can easily assemble, use and maintain (repair if necessary) this press. I looked a lot and liked this design for simplicity and the big handles for adjusting the tension! Those little wing nuts on other similar designs are painful to turn. Thanks again. Now, if only the cheese ages right...
