    I contacted the seller first and they gave a generic response. This item listed as merino wool, a mens XL . Once I received the item I found it had been washed and dried, therefore it felted. Now I understand why the measurements were so small (so that part is on me for not putting two and two together). My complaint is that it should have been listed as “felted”. People still buy things felted for so many crafting purposes. Description was just NOT accurate.
