    Seller would not refund me $4.23 postage due; as USPS said package was a parcel and not a first class letter; I asked three time for refund; and all i got was a screenprint off a phone screen. I have checked my banking account three days in a row; and no refund. In addition; I had to pay $1.12 for original price of shipping; and am sick and tired of putting several hours of labor into this issue. Do not buy from this seller; he is not honest.

    None of this comment is actually true. The $4.23 was refunded to the buyer as soon as requested even thou it was a USPS error not our error. The time it take for eBay to process the refund is not handled by us.

    In the case that you win more than one item, this seller may not offer combined shipping - so contact seller before bidding. I won three items and had to insist on combining shipping charges - after all, the items were going to be placed into the same package, so why would anyone pay for multiple shipping charges? The seller didn't see it this way, but finally agreed and the transaction went well after that. Items as described.
