  After direct contact with the seller, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction - they quickly sent out the correct items and we are working to enable me to return the items sent in error.   Byredo does not manufacture products in Türkiye, yet both items I received state "Made in Türkiye" on the packaging. None of the listing’s photographs displayed this information, leading me to believe I was purchasing authentic Byredo products. To further confirm this issue, I contacted Byredo directly, and they informed me that since 2022, all Byredo products have been manufactured in Puig, Spain, and prior to that, they were produced in France. This verifies that these items are counterfeit.

  Follow-up: These products are counterfeit. Byredo confirmed they don’t manufacture, fill, or package anything in Türkiye. The items lacked batch codes and the scent/texture were clearly off. The seller’s replies were misleading and evasive—no proof of authenticity provided. This was a fraudulent sale. Buyers—avoid this seller entirely.
