  Fish were expertly packed with two heat packs and double bagged in an insulated box. Each fish was individually bagged. They were slightly smaller than I had hoped, but most importantly were healthy and have been eating. Fins, skin, and eyes all appear clear. I would purchase from this seller again and feel confident my fish will arrive safely. The overnight shipping was super fast once UPS had them. Seller communication was ok. They mentioned a delay, but did not return a message I later sent.

  Bought 3 Sevs from this seller. 2 were ok. One(red shoulder) was sick with fin rot. They were the correct size and type as described, but the fin rot was apparent from the moment the fish arrived. I sent pics and requested some or all $ back for that fish, no response. The warranty doesn't specifically cover sick fish, but its an ethical and customer service concern that they'd send sickly fish possibly getting my other fish sick and causing me to buy medicine so the fish doesn't die.
