    doesn't fit the way the item looks for a 3x. I will read more clearly from now on. 23 inches from shoulder to hem is correct, but for a Plus size, the 3x person who has paid for other 3x tops online should know that an expensive top will never be able to return. I will have to give it to a 1x friend.
