    Quick ship, packed well, good communication. However the root was harvested in late Oct, and should've been harvested Dec/Jan. The energy was going to the berries in Oct. I made my medicine with the weakened root but will reorder a root for winter harvest to ensure the medicine is fullstrength.

    Item arrived after sometime.. shipped about five days or more after payment some story given about the shipping department screwing up but it did arrived broken.. When communicated to seller with pictures was told it broke during shipping..🤔 my question was so why then was the broken piece wrapped in paper separately from the item .. that question went unanswered and was told they don't ship broken items ..! things that make you go humm
