    This terrible eBayer sent the wrong drill bit (25.4) and even after several requests, has failed to send the correct 29.5 bit. Avoid this sketchy seller at all costs.

    I sent out 2 additional drill bits and refunded the buyer. all 3 drill bits were the correct size. I tried to rectify the situation.

    it took a very long time to get this one and when I recieved it it was broken. The item was poorly packaged, I sent pictures immediately to the seller, however the issue wasn’t resolved, I sent several pictures and there was always an issue. To much back and forth, I clearly could see she was not going to resolve the issue! I’ve ordered from other vendors who had excellent custom service. Not this one!! Never again. 0 stars!

    My reviews will show that I put extra care into my packaging. Buyer paid 3/29 Item was shipped 4/1. The buyer messaged me 4/17 with damage complaint. I requested pictures and explained to the buyer, the item can be returned. These pictures do not show the authentication number and damage in the same picture. The buyer instead left a negative review without requesting a return. I am trying to rectify the issue and the buyer has not responded to my attempts. reach out for proof of communication
