  Arrived 10 days after purchase, was unable to install until the following week, part sold as new was used and defective, does not initialized, contacted seller twice and no reply. Wasted a lot of time and money only to have to purchase another part elsewhere to fix the printer. Terrible seller: intentionally short return window, over a week to ship, poorly packed, used part pulled from broken printer sold as new, no reply to concerns. AVOID THIS SELLER.
