In my initial response I rated the seller with the highest marks in terms of description, communication and shipping time. Nothing in my initial feedback is dishonest or untoward. I am not overjoyed with my purchase. The seller has a no refund policy. I respect that and have not asked for a refund. As a buyer I purchased something that turned out not to be what I find usuable. Nice seller.

  Buyer never contacted us and expressed any problems. We had to contact them after they left their feedback. We would have been happy to help them if they were unhappy but instead they kept the item that was "unusable" and left us neutral feedback. Disappointing, but you can't make people happy if they don't even talk to you.
