  Quick order processing & shipment. Manufacturers pkg'ing was sealed & unopened (& packed in a non descript cardboard box). Arrived 7-days earlier than expected. Item is exactly as described & far more versatile & functional than I thought a THERMAL MONOCULAR would be @this $-point. For under $500? It's an affordable option if don't require pro grade equipment & are buying it to put in your shtf-go-bag. I'm impressed with its performance. I'd recommend the item & seller. A+

  That rating is prior to use. The packaging looked new and so did the scope. Seller shipped out very quick, only problem is that they use FedEx. That means of course it arrived late, just as I was leaving on a business trip. As per their usual, it was on a truck and out for delivery, but didn't show. That was Saturday so had to wait till Monday to get it. The seller did his part correct and prompt, but FedEx ruined that. Again.
