    TMR was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. There was also a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with my prior interaction. The price was fair including shipping cost. The preamp arrived exactly as promised which they were happy to delay since I was out of the country. It was packed beautifully and thoroughly.The condition of the preamp was accurately described and in person, the blemishes were less noticeable than described. I can’t recommend TMR enough.

    This was my first experience with The Music Room (TMR). I am very impressed with the service I received. There was an slight issue with one of the push buttons that concerned me. They were very accommodating and offered free return, full refund including shipping cost. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a 1st class audio dealer.
