  This seller provided us with a machine as advertised - open box in brand new condition - at a great price! The shipment was processed quickly and arrived early. Com - the item was missing the drip tray cover. Also the grinder would not power on and therefore we could not make coffee. The good news is that I called Miele directly for support and they quickly shipped me the missing part at no cost. Also they sent a service tech over who was able to take it apart and fix the problem quickly.

  The seller shipped fast and the item was as described. The problem I have is the manufacturers internal packaging was terrible and it left permanent wear marks all over the outside surface of the Ooni Karu 12G pizza oven. I will contact Ooni regarding the problem.
