    Seller was great to work with, shipping within 1 hour of ordering. The keys looked great and works perfectly. Well worth the price. Packaged great and in perfect condition. They did take a week to show up after tracking was available, however, that's typical for going halfway across the country via USPS. Overall, great buy, great seller.

    The Key Supply did an outstanding job providing two 3001 - 3050 series keys to a Craftsman toolbox. Keys ordered Thursday with estimated delivery date of Saturday - Monday. Keys mailed on Thursday and delivered Saturday. I could not open the lock with the new keys and thought that something was wrong with the lock or keys. Contacted The Key Supply who suggested a little WD40 on the lock. Both keys work perfectly. What great service for a great price!

    I ordered this key for my Kobalt truck toolbox when I recieved it it didn’t work so I contacted the seller and he gave me a refund the key that goes to my box is double sided so he is a very honest person and is very quick about getting back in touch with you. I would do business again with this honest seller. Thanks so much

    Unfortunately, the key delivered was a single-side cut and I required double-side cut. The picture shown in the example was a single cut, but I went by the number on the key I required. However, I reached out to The Key Supply and they refunded me with no questions asked. If I require keys in the future, The Key Supply will be my first stop. I feel obligated to support honorable companies.

    First key shipped never arrived. Tracking shows that it was shipped immediately and made it 90% of the way before it disappeared in the vast USPS system. A week after the latest estimated delivery date I contacted the seller and he apologized and sent another key, even though he didn t do anything wrong. He shipped another key the next day. So, high marks for speed and resolving an issue that he wasn t responsible for. Emails to the seller were answered politely and quickly!
