    I bought a moisturizing mask and it came with a leave-in conditioner! I asked to exchange it and they are messing around! So I asked for my money back, and they want me to pay the shipping to return the wrong product and only then will they give me my money back! It's not my obligation to pay the shipping since the mistake was theirs! They were actually selling something without having it!
