    The Hyped Retailer was very good with reimbursing the full purchase price on the Schwinn Upright Bike due to being damaged during transit. In addition the owner allowed me to keep the stationary bike free of charge, and apologized for any inconvenience. A good company to deal with, and highly recommended.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the honest feedback. We made sure to ship in two different shipments due to the weight and used double corrugated heavy duty shipping boxes for the heavy equipment. Unfortunately, it seems the carrier damaged the box in transit which is out of our control. We made sure to pack with a lot of filler to make sure nothing moves around in the packages - especially with the electronic modules/wiring.
