    Seller very nice, item was what I wanted, thank you I think the shipping company (UPS?) must have lost track of this tiny package, it was very slow. Perhaps a flat padded envelope would have been less likely to "fall thru the cracks". However, it did arrive eventually!

    So sorry for the shipping delay. I use little cardboard boxes for my miniatures because they are sturdy and low cost to ship (not that ANY shipping is low cost these days). I don't like the idea of pieces in an envelope running through a "flattening machine". I had the same concern that they would get lost along the way, but, to the credit of the post office, I have had no problems with delivery other than occasionally items in general seem to go on a walkabout. Thank you for your business.

    As you know, the bid listing is the only thing that we have to use as our tool on EBay. This seller did not follow the bid listing. I purchased this item, and knew the cost of shipping was $5.75, however in my purchase history, the cost of shipping was increased without my permission to $5.96.

    I'm so sorry this happened. I assure that I followed proper procedures. eBay's postage calculation procedure is automated and sometimes discrepancies occur beyond the seller's control. I didn't catch this one. I have refunded the postage overage to your account. Please accept my apology.
