I contacted seller within seconds of placing order and multiple time after explaining that the shipping address was incorrect. Not a word ever heard from them. They shipped anyway and I had to buy another on Amazon (lower price) to be able to complete the installation on time. I don’t frequent eBay so I didn’t know I had to cancel and place a new order. They could have simply said so. eBay of no help either. I’ll keep the extra and stick to Amazon. Customer service blows

Never received faucet. I asked seller for tracking and no reply. I ask to cancel the order after a waiting over a week for tracking and the seller declined. Ebay said I had to wait 16 days from order being placed before Ebay would get involved to issue refund. On the 16th day no item, no tracking provided by seller and EBay did issue a refund. As a seller when you don’t communicate and then you decline a request for refund, you are a not a honest seller. I would never buy from this seller!!!!

Seller used to have good reviews, but not recently. I had zero communication from seller, but he made sure he got my money by listing item as shipped even though it clearly was never done. My faucet installation is delayed from wasting time with this dude. Thankfully, I've now discovered, eBay handles refunds very well when the seller is a complete flake.
