We are a niche nano-brewer located near Lynchburg, Tennessee, supplying top quality grain brew/distilling products to selective brewers.
Our "Hidden Hollow Farms" proprietary yeast for distilling is becoming world known for it's ability to ferment high ABV's while not adding the nasty off-flavors of the dreaded "Turbo Yeasts" out there. A large distillery near us (that used to be owned by a guy named Jack) is where we got our yeast pedigree.
We are keeping it simple, but adding items as we find top quality brewing items at good prices.
We DO NOT sell turbo yeast, we DO NOT sell sweet feed.
