  I incorrectly had the wrong address as my ebay certified address (clearly my fault), and noticed this after the seller shipped out. After updating the correct address on my end and communicating with the seller, they resent the item to the same incorrect address. Once confronted, they directed me to take my issue to ebay customer service and blocked me from future purchases. I was willing to work things out with them and see if maybe it was an error on Ebay's end. How was this good business?
