She exemplifies what it means to provide stellar service. There was a slight mishap with the Lego figure I purchased having a slightly loose arm, but she quickly sent a replacement. Not only did it come quickly, but it also came packaged with an incredibly sweet hand-written note, and a bonus "Space friend" figure, just to be kind due to the slight oversight.
