    I highly recommend this seller. I’ve ordered pets online before, and this is the best experience Ive had so far. The seller kept me up to date on shipping progress and the general communication was fantastic. I ordered the shrimp in 20-40f weather and they all made it except for one. The shrimp are extremely brightly colored and healthy. The photos don’t do the colors justice. I also noticed I had 3 extra shrimp in my shipment. I am amazed I got such high quality shrimp for such a low price.

    Anything I say is just understating the customer service and generosity of this seller. USPS royally screwed up the first shipment and there was a technicality for the second but the seller took care of me and more. After sometime in the quarantine tank and in the main community tank, the guppies are living their best lives. The colors are vibrant after being acclimated, very healthy guppies, and a reasonable price! Thank you!

    I have not ordered from this company before now. USPS did really well. I ordered on a Friday night. They were shipped out on a Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday. The shrimp were packed very well in a Styrofoam box. I was both excited and disappointed. Several had been eaten in transit. But I did find one tiny baby! They’re beautiful shrimp! Six out of 22 lived. I notified the company and they gave me a $19 refund. I’m very happy with my purchase and the company. Thanks PVN!

    Just as described! Fast shipping. Good communication. Nice mix of sub-adults/adolescents. There was a mishap with the courier, but seller next day air’d another pack so it was actually very fast shipping. Cannot complain. Will buy again soon!

    Exemplary is the only way to describe PVN Aquatics2! The unusual cold in my part of the country was a major problem and most of my first shipment were DOA but I had pushed to have them sent, therefore I did not request replacements of refund. PVN offered me a tremendous deal and went far above and beyond to take care me. There may be others with as good customer service but I doubt you'll fine anyone who'll treat you better. Trust them, trust their advice!
