  While the product was as described and in great working condition, I was really banking on the shipment arriving in the specified time frame. I scheduled a sales appointment in which I needed the iPad to run the appointment with. It didn't arrive in the specified time frame, so I had to reschedule my appointment, which resulted in the customer canceling all together. That was very expensive. I feel like I spent $2500 on this item. The seller was un-empathetic & replied with a standard apology.

  We were given a track # but the ink was not in package. Got in touch and told them but was told it was delivered. When I sent them all the info they asked for they then gave me another track #. This track # did nothing. Then was toll they were out of stock. So if they were out of stock how did I get another track#? Apparently someone doesn't what what they are doing. They refunded me my money but was not happy with service.
