    the item arrived quick and as described, but really tiny. pretty though; but because it came in just a cellophane bag in a plain plastic shipping envelope withOut bubblewrap, the battery pack broke during shipping. luckily, it still worked but the cover was damaged and had to be taped to close. i informed the seller & they were nice enough to partially refund me so i wasn't too upset. hopefully they pack their stringlights better next time because these are still delicate.

    I ordered from this company but the order did not arrive. I am very pleased that they offered me a full refund and I got the refund. I would do business with them again . Australia post did not deliver the package so no fault of the company. It was not the companies fault that the package did not arrive and I am so grateful that they gave me a refund.
