    Overall the experience was great. I bought 28 used hard drives, and when I got them one box was perfect. The other box had 7 failed drives in them. It was all on one side, and I’m guessing it just got shocked in shipping. Anyways, I contacted the seller after the return period and they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Took the replacement and they came in like 3 days. Overall would buy again. Stuff happens, and this seller stood by there product
