  The iPhone 13 mini was listed as new sealed. It was new from what I could tell (100% battery health and factory screen protector on). It was however an open box (factory seals gone). They issued me a small partial refund to make up for this or were willing to do a full refund/return. It is also listed as a U.S. seller, but you are paying a Chinese company that is shipping from U.S. I don’t like all the deception, but ultimately I have what I believe is a new open box iPhone, which I love!

  As described, the S21 ultra phone was brand new in the box with Samsung seal. It came undamaged and was delivered as promised, within a week. I ran the Samsung member app diagnostics on it, and all features tested good. I used a sim and e-sim cards and both worked with no issues. The seller kept me updated with shipping details and was available for questions and did respond promptly. It was a pleasant experience and I feel this seller does care about providing good customer service!

  So far so good! Phone was delivered quickly and appears in new condition as described; the plastic the box was in may have been replaced bc it wasn’t shrink wrapped, but I had to open the paper tabs keeping the box sealed to get it open so I feel good about the phone being new. I’ve set it up and have been using it for 24-hours— no issues. Based on how it’s going so far, I’d definitely buy from this seller again.

  The box was shrink wrapped and looks factory sealed. Very professional. I also received excellent communication from the seller. I have powered on the phone only as I'm waiting for my phone provider to send me a new sim card to work with this new device and their service. Therefore I'm unable to test any real functions or camera at this time, but if it's truly as new as stated and packaged, I'll definitely remain as happy as I am now with my purchase.
