  Ordered his service after a previous failed attempt to repair the hdmi and Ethernet ports. He was able to rebuild a missing trace and professionally reinstall the ports. His communication was top notch through the whole process. I even had him reassemble the ps5 before returning it to verify it works. From the time I shipped until he repaired and returned it to me was about a week. Excellent work. He even sent pictures along the way. 100 percent would recommend. Will use again.

  Item was described EXCELLENT CONDITION but when recieved the screen has lot of scratches, seller covered the scratches by applying the tempered glass. the battery health was described 85% but it is on 75% when recieved. do not spend money with this seller.. and has NO RETURN POLICY..   Sent in 12/14. Seller reached out stated device was working. Received item in a very low quality package. Device still is not charging. Tried 4 different chargers including original switch charger. Sent back out 12/19, paid shipping. Seller sends a picture of it charging & says they will send a charger that works. Receive item in another low quality package. Now buttons are sticking & device is STILL not charging; no charger included. Seller is now being rude via text message. VERY UNSATISFIED.
