    I ordered my item on April 26 with the latest expected delivery of May 6th. I got a “shipping label created” message. Day after day the information was stuck at “awaiting item”. Reached out to the seller who said they dropped it off at the post office already and that “the post office does track media packages”. Lo and behold, May 7th, a day after it was supposed to arrive, the post office receives item and tracking begins. I would steer clear from this seller. It seems they do this often..

    The seller provides very bad customer service, is unhelpful, and imposes unnecessary return charges, even if the item is returned in the same condition as delivered.

    Free shipping when sent. Buyer wanted to return and he want us to pay for free return also. When refused for free service they did not like it. FREE ?
