    Seller represented the item as being fully functional and in good condition. It was not. In fact, it was unusable. I contacted the seller the day the item was delivered and she agreed to accept a return, but later rejected the return due to timeframe. Apparently, there is a time limit on doing the right thing. Buyer beware. One of the very few negative experiences I have had on eBay, and not something I would care to repeat. Cannot recommend the seller, and would look elsewhere.
